The Challenge

Peppermint Grove Australia is a hugely successful home fragrance and body care brand in Australia with a large wholesale operation stocking products in major department stores such as Myer and David Jones.

They have an online presence however their focus was heavily in the wholesale market and they wanted to build their direct-to-consumer channels. This required a cohesive digital strategy to drive sales and develop the digital side of the business.

The Strategy

OMDIGI Group employed a multi-channel strategy delivering optimisations across several channels. The primary being paid search, social, SEO and then at a later date, developing a robust content and email marketing strategy.

Their website was overhauled bringing a streamlined user interface, added functionality and an overall much improved customer experience. The backend e-commerce system was upgraded which allowed product feeds for both Google and Facebook allowing us to serve highly relevant ads to customers who had shown the most intent.
