Rockwear was born and nurtured by one of Australia’s pioneering fitness instructors. Since 1991, they’ve been encouraging women to harness their inner personal strength and live an active life on their own terms. They’re passionate abouot activewear and strive to create high quality garments that are functional, technical, fashionable and have exceptional value.
OMDIGI Group was brought onboard to run a test paid media campaign across Facebook and Instagram ads. At the time, Rockwear had limited experience with Paid Campaigns across Social Media and was primarily focusing on engagement metrics.
OMDIGI Group employed a strategy with a strong focus on innovative audience targeting and optimising the direction of all creatives to better suit their audiences. The account was restructured and tracking was implemented so that we could comprehensibly measure results and create lookalike and remarketing audiences that worked for Rockwear and their goals.
Before consulting OMDIGI, Rockwear primarily focused their campaigns on engagement metrics rather than conversions or sales. By reintroducing forgotten audiences and integrating a sales funnel approach to their marketing, OMDIGI was able to help increase sales while also building a larger customer database to facilitate further sales in the future. This approach was able to propel Rockwear further into digital marketing and revitalise their approach to paid social so they could better focus on their customers needs and audience targeting to encourage smarter sales.
